Node's ("we," "us," or "our") operates and publishes Node's (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy describes how we and our third-party service providers handle data collected from players of our Game on Android mobile devices.

Our Game is built using the Unity Engine, developed by Unity Technologies. When you play the Game, Unity automatically collects certain device and performance metrics to ensure stability, optimize gameplay, and handle core engine functionalities.

This automatically collected data may include:

• Device Identifiers: Device brand, model, operating system type/version, and a unique installation/analytics ID.
• Network Information: Your IP address (which may indicate a general geographic location like city or country). 
• Performance Diagnostics: Frame rates, memory usage, CPU usage, and crash reports.

Depending on your gameplay, we integrate specific services provided by Unity Gaming Services (UGS) to manage the game experience:

• Unity Analytics / Player Engagement: Used to track in-game milestones (e.g., reaching a level or completing a tutorial) so we can balance the game. This relies on unique hardware/installation IDs.
• Unity Ads: If our Game displays advertisements, Unity Ads automatically handles your Android Advertising ID (AAID) to serve contextually relevant or personalized ads, prevent ad fraud, and track impressions.
• Unity Cloud Save / Authentication: If you sync your game progress, a randomly generated Player ID is collected and encrypted in transit to securely load your save files. 

Neither we nor Unity sell your data. We use this information strictly to:

• Ensure the Game runs smoothly across thousands of different Android hardware models.
• Debug bugs, application crashes, and lag spikes.
• Track overall game retention and player behavior to update the game with new content.

All data collected and transmitted by Unity services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) protocols to protect against unauthorized interception. 

We strictly comply with the Google Play Families Policy. If this Game is categorized for or played by children, we restrict or completely disable behavioral tracking and target-based advertising SDKs in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR.
